is Megie.

I've been managing complexity my whole life, long before it became my profession.

Travelling the world, navigating different cultures, dealing with situations that had no obvious solution taught me something no methodology ever could: that most problems, however tangled, have a way through. You just have to stay calm, read the room, and think clearly when others can't.

That's what I bring to every project.

I'm Megie. A project and operations consultant with experience across financial services, digital platforms, and international teams. I lead from inside the work — with the team, not above it. Because a team that understands the meaning of what they're building, not just the tasks but the why, is the only team that takes accountability seriously and delivers measurable results.

I also never stop learning. New technology, AI, evolving processes. I bring what's genuinely useful into the work — never as a substitute for leadership, but as a tool for better coordination and control.
